Your day kicks off by prepping for the afternoon and evening rush. You arrive a bit before the team to check the restaurant setup, review the reservations, and ensure all ingredients and supplies are in stock. As your team arrives, you run a quick team meeting to share updates, assign roles, and get everyone energized for the shift.

During service hours, you’re on the move—whether it’s in the kitchen, coordinating the bakers and chefs, or out on the floor, checking in with guests and assisting where needed. You’re the go-to person, ensuring everything is running seamlessly and that our guests are having a great time.

As things quiet down, you focus on ordering supplies, organizing next week’s schedule, and conducting a quick end-of-shift meeting to wrap up the day. You leave feeling accomplished, knowing you played a key role in delivering another memorable BastaCosi experience for our guests.
