Timorasso is a white grape from Piemonte. Derthona stands for the best Timorasso, just as Barolo stands for the best Nebbiolo. That's why this wine is nicknamed 'the white Barolo'.

The Derthona from Francesco Landolo is a beautiful, complex wine with aromas of white fruit, honey and minerals. In the mouth citrus, honey, pear, minerals and hay.

This is a wine that can age for a long time and an opened bottle can stay good for days. Preferably decant and pour into large glasses.

The Malvasia originates from the Greek islands. Conte Tasca d’Almerita makes a distinct dry style with this Malvasia Secca from the island of Salina. After a first pressing, the grapes are placed in a steel tank where only the skins remain, for the extraction of all the substances contained. The wine is then aged for 4 months in oak barriques.

The grapes of La Tunella Schioppettino are matured after a fermentation period for 2 years in 5 hl French oak tonneaux barrels. A dark red that colors the glass and thick and consistent drops slide through it. On the nose, elegantly full and decisive aromas ranging from dried figs to walnuts, to the balsamic aromas of the wood with a light background of small blackberries.
